Post your open forms to LinkedIn

Connect LinkedIn so your live forms are automatically shared as jobs on your LinkedIn company page.

What it is

This integration "Share your open jobs with LinkedIn" - it feeds your live forms to your LinkedIn company page so they appear as jobs there automatically. It's a Business-plan, admin-only integration under Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn.

This posts your jobs out to LinkedIn - it doesn't pull anything from candidates' LinkedIn profiles.

Connect

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → the LinkedIn row (Business plan; otherwise it shows Upgrade).
  2. Click Connect and enter your Company ID (numeric; required) and optionally a poster email.
  3. Confirm - you'll see "LinkedIn connected successfully." Your live forms start feeding to LinkedIn.

Disconnect

Click Disconnect and confirm - "Disconnect LinkedIn?" / "Your open jobs will no longer be shared to LinkedIn. You can reconnect anytime."

Why a change hasn't appeared on LinkedIn

LinkedIn re-syncs job posts on its own schedule, in a window of up to about four hours. Binary shows your edit straight away, so a listing can show the old title for a while after you've fixed it. That's expected, and it usually updates sooner than four hours.

If a form never appears on LinkedIn at all, check the length of its description: a form with a very short description is left out of the feed, because LinkedIn rejects listings with too little detail. Write a fuller description and it's picked up on the next sync.

Notes & limits

  • Business plan, admin only.
  • Only live forms are shared; drafts and closed forms aren't.
  • A form needs a reasonably detailed description to be listed at all.

A YouTube video in a form description becomes a plain watch link in the LinkedIn listing rather than a playable embed. Nothing is lost, but don't promise the video plays on LinkedIn.
