Your personal settings
Update your own profile - your name and profile picture - separate from workspace settings.
What it is
Your personal settings are the things that belong to you (not the shared workspace) - your name and profile picture. They live at the top of the Settings page, in the Profile section.
What you can change
- Profile picture - upload or change your photo ("Profile picture updated successfully").
- Your name - the name shown to teammates on comments, messages, and feedback.
Your email is shown but tied to your account (not edited here).
Notes & limits
- These are personal to you and the same across every workspace you belong to.
- Workspace-wide things (workspace name, logo, members, plan) are separate - see Workspace settings.
What the AI assistant can do
The in-app "Ask AI" assistant looks up your candidates, forms, and metrics, screens candidates with AI review, drafts emails, builds forms, and moves candidates through stages - with examples of what to ask.
Set your interview availability
Set the weekly hours and timezone you're available for interviews, so booking links offer the right slots.
