Yes. Connect your assistant to the Binary MCP server, share the form or sheet, and ask it to import the responses as candidates and screen them. It uses the same import and screening as the dashboard, so the result is identical.
You can, and import new responses whenever you like. Most teams switch the link instead: the import gives you a Binary hiring form with the same questions, plus a careers page, and new applications land in the pipeline already screened, with video questions and resume autofill if you want them.
No. Importing a Google Form, the hiring form it creates and the MCP server are all on the free plan, with unlimited jobs, candidates and team members. AI screening draws on monthly credits: the free plan’s $1 screens about 200 candidates a month, and paid plans include more.
Whatever criteria you give it, in plain English: years of experience, a skill, a location, a type of company, a portfolio. AI screening reads the full resume and the form answers, not just keywords, scores each criterion separately and explains the score, so you can see why someone ranked where they did and change the criteria at any time.
The import reads only the form and sheet you give it, and asks for Google Drive access only when the sheet links to uploaded files. If you use an assistant, the MCP connection uses OAuth: you sign in on a Binary consent page, choose the workspace, and can revoke access from Settings → Integrations at any time. Binary does not train models on your data.
