We’re looking for Content Writer who live and breathe social media, especially Instagram.
If you can think in hooks, write for retention, and turn any idea into a scroll-stopping story, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll be working on creator-led IPs and personal brands, scripting videos that feel native to the platform while still delivering impact, emotion, and clarity.

This role blends creativity with strategy — you won’t just write; you’ll help shape how brands and creators talk, connect, and grow online.

Key Responsibilities

Write engaging short-form video scripts tailored for Instagram and other social platforms.
Research trends, formats, and creator styles to inspire fresh, platform-native ideas.
Collaborate with creative leads, editors, and producers to align storytelling with brand goals.
Develop hooks, structure scripts for retention, and ensure the message lands fast.
Repurpose ideas and insights into new formats that keep audiences hooked.
Stay on top of algorithmic shifts, viral formats, and evolving content trends.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or scriptwriting (agency or creator-side).
Strong portfolio of video scripts, content ideas, or short-form storytelling work.
Excellent grasp of social media trends, formats, and audience dynamics.
Ability to collaborate with editors and visual teams for cohesive storytelling.
Proficiency with Notion/Docs and familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Bonus Points If You

Have worked on creator brands or YouTube/Instagram-led IPs.
Understand hooks, retention editing, and storytelling for Reels.
Have experience with idea generation and creative writing for social-first content.
