Portfolio Operations Manager:
We’re looking for a hands-on Portfolio operations Manager to actively manage our portfolio of growth-stage, late-stage and public investments. This role is not just about reporting, you’ll work closely with founders, track operational KPIs, and drive value creation initiatives.
What you’ll do:
● Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies - review financials, track key KPIs, and identify red flags early.
● Coordination with all the stakeholders involved in portfolio operations - including portfolio company teams, finance and legal advisors, internal investment teams, and external consultants - to ensure smooth execution and reporting.
● Build and maintain dashboards and investor updates. Own the monthly and quarterly reporting process.
● Work closely with founders and management teams of portfolio companies
● Prepare regular portfolio updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
● 3-5 years of experience in private equity, growth investing as portfolio operations specialist/operator roles in growth-stage startups
● Strong analytical and Excel skills (VBA/dashboarding experience a plus)
● Engineering/tech background with capability to build and automate dashboards is a strong plus
● Prior exposure to portfolio management or investment operations in a fund setup
● Bias for action, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
