THEME: Embracing technology & AI This role is designed for someone who builds tools to extend themselves — reports, trackers, reconciliations, small applications — and who embraces AI regularly. (a) Tell us about something you built, automated or fixed yourself — with AI, a spreadsheet, a script, a no-code tool, anything — that other people actually used, or that saved real time. What was broken before? What exactly did you make? What did you try that failed along the way? What is still wrong with it? (b) Describe how you actually use AI tools in a normal week — the real tasks, the real tools, and one specific occasion when an AI tool gave you something wrong or unusable and how you noticed. *

Tell us about a moment when you realised you were completely out of your depth — and what you did in the first 24 hours after you realised it.
