Working directly with the founder, you will operate as a high-agency builder taking products from 0 to 1 across our AI trust and governance stack. You’ll shape technical architecture, iterate directly with enterprise design partners, and wear multiple hats across engineering, product, and operations.
Architect and ship core systems across our governance, metering, and agentic commerce suites.
Translate complex compliance, audit, and agent-behavior requirements into production-ready software.
Work closely with early enterprise and public-sector clients to deploy, test, and iterate rapidly.
Establish engineering standards, product direction, and early team culture.
High agency: You operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and bias toward shipping.
Technical range: Solid foundation in software systems, APIs, or data pipelines; hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM tooling is a major plus.
Product intuition: You focus on solving customer trust and adoption blockers, not just writing code.
