About the Role

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant who wants to be part of the business, not just manage a calendar.

You’ll support the CEO while also owning key marketing and customer support work. You’ll manage the Founder’s calendar, inbox, and follow-ups, help execute marketing campaigns, and be the first point of contact for customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, writes well, learns quickly, and takes ownership. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Operations, Support, and Engineering.
