What You’ll Learn (This is the main part 👇)
How to handle real client social media accounts
Direct client communication & understanding requirements
Content planning (what to post, when to post, why to post)
Creating post ideas, content calendars & strategies
Writing captions that actually engage
Researching and using hashtags & keywords properly
Using AI tools for content ideas, captions & research
Understanding trends and how to use them for brands
Basic content creation (reels, posts, coordination in shoots)
Working with designers & creators to execute ideas
Basics of brand building & social media growth
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing social media accounts
Help in content planning & scheduling
Coordinate with team for creatives & posts
Track basic performance (engagement, reach, etc.)
Stay updated with trends
Requirements:
Interest in social media & content creation
Basic understanding of Instagram & trends
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Good communication skills
Consistency and proactive mindset
