Think Zomato for discovering ethnic outfits meets Myntra for shopping — helping shoppers explore authentic styles from every city & connect with incredible homegrown labels.
We’ve already onboarded 1000+ stores, launched our MVP, and are now scaling aggressively toward 6,000+ stores this year.
Now, we’re looking for a Founding Full Stack / Backend Developer to join the core team and build the tech backbone that powers this marketplace.
This isn’t a typical dev job — this is a 0→1 builder role.
Design and scale backend architecture for a multi-vendor marketplace.
Build APIs, databases, and microservices that support thousands of stores.
Create scalable catalog, inventory, and order management systems.
Ensure platform performance, security, and data integrity.
Build discovery-focused features: search, filters, recommendations, sorting logic.
Develop structured catalog architecture (categories, attributes, tagging).
Implement dynamic pricing systems, discount engines, and commission logic.
Optimize for high-performance browsing and checkout experience.
Set up dashboards and tracking for user behavior, conversion funnels, and GMV.
Implement backend logic for personalization and customer segmentation.
Improve page load speeds, optimize queries, and prepare infra for scale.
Work on database design that supports 10x growth.
Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure uptime, monitoring, logging, and debugging systems.
Build scalable architecture ready for app launch.
Backend: Node.js / Python / Django / Express
Frontend: React / Next.js
Database: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL
Cloud: AWS / GCP
APIs & integrations (Payments, logistics, vendor panels)

1–2 years experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer.
Have built or contributed to scalable web platforms.
Strong understanding of system design & database architecture.
Comfortable taking ownership beyond just writing code.
Thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
You think like a product builder, not just a coder.
