The Role

We're looking for a Software Developer who enjoys building products, solving real-world problems, and shipping quickly.

You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and founding teams to build and improve features across LegalBridge, including AI-powered workflows, case management tools, document automation, client portals, dashboards, and integrations.

You'll have the opportunity to own features from development through deployment and see your work used by immigration professionals every day.

Requirements

1-2+ years of professional software development experience
Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development
Experience with React/Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB
Comfortable working across both frontend and backend
Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude, or GitHub Copilot
Ability to debug, understand existing codebases, and ship production-ready features
Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party integrations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Clear communicator who can work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where priorities can evolve quickly

Nice to Have

Experience building SaaS products
Experience working with AI/LLM APIs and AI-powered features
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud infrastructure
Experience with document processing, workflow automation, or integrations
Previous experience working in an early-stage startup
