About the Role:

As a Tech Content Strategist, you'll be the first brain on every client brief. You'll crack the angle for launch videos, ideate content for our own channels, and help oversee execution from concept to final cut. This is an ideas-first role — your output is sharp thinking, not just polished deliverables.

What You'll Do:

- Lead ideation for launch videos for tech and AI startup clients — from first insight to script brief
- Develop content ideas for our social pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond)
- Own the creative POV on briefs — hook, story structure, emotional payoff
- Oversee execution of launch videos alongside editors, designers, and founders
- Build and maintain a live reference bank of great tech content and launch videos
- Stay ahead of trends across AI, tech, and content — always watching, always thinking

Who You Are:

- You follow AI and tech news obsessively — you know the players, the products, the narrative arcs
- You've made content before and it worked — a post, a video, a newsletter, anything
- You can articulate what makes a launch video great vs forgettable in under 30 seconds
- You're hungry to grow and don't wait to be told what to learn next
- You think in ideas — all the time, everywhere

Requirements:

- 1–3 years in content, creative strategy, video production, or a related field
- Strong grasp of the tech and AI landscape
- Proven ability to generate original, sharp content ideas
- Excellent written communication
- Learning mindset and hustle to grow fast in a startup environment

Bonus Points If You:

- Have worked at a content studio, agency, or early-stage startup
- Have scripted or ideated video content (personal projects count)
- Can show us a piece of content you made that you're genuinely proud of
