We are on a mission to democratise the ultimate luxury: a personal assistant for everyone.

For the top 1%, life is frictionless because they have people to handle the chaos. For everyone else, there is Pokus. We are building an AI-first personal assistant that handles the real-world tasks people hate, so they can focus on what matters. From calling on your behalf to getting that table reservation you wanted—we take care of it all.

We are backed by Lightspeed + Infoedge and founded by IIT Bombay & Roorkee alumni. We have the capital and the vision; now we need the builders.

🚀 Role and Responsibilities

• Define the Identity: You aren't just moving pixels; you are defining the personality and visual language of an AI assistant that people will talk to daily.

• End-to-End Ownership: From napkin sketches and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoffs. You own the product's UX from discovery to shipping.

• Rapid Prototyping: Work in lockstep with the founders to turn complex AI capabilities into simple, "magic" user experiences. Ship, learn, and iterate daily.

• User Empathy: Deeply understand the friction points in people's daily lives and design solutions that feel like a luxury service, not just another app.

🛠️ Qualifications

• Experience: 0–5 years. (We care about your portfolio, your side projects, and your taste, not your years in a chair).

• Tools: Mastery of Figma. Familiarity with Prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie) is a huge plus.

• The "Founding" Mindset:

  • Product Thinking: You don't just ask "Where does this button go?" you ask "Why does this feature exist?"

  • Visual Flair: An eye for clean, premium aesthetics that reflect a "luxury" personal assistant service.

  • Speed: Ability to produce high-quality work in a high-velocity startup environment.
