Role: DSA SME (Data Structures, Algorithms
& Advanced Problem Solving)
We are looking for a highly skilled DSA SME with strong foundations in data structures & algorithms, problem-solving, and interview-oriented programming to support curriculum, content, assignments, contests, and project/case study creation. The candidate should have strong coding proficiency, deep understanding of algorithmic thinking, and hands-on experience solving medium- to hard-level coding problems across platforms such as LeetCode, Codeforces, CodeChef, HackerRank, or similar platforms.
Experience with AI-assisted coding tools, interview simulation systems, or AI-driven coding workflows will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality class scripts, instructor notes, coding assignments, assessments, contests, and problem-solving material for the DSA curriculum.
Execute the curriculum direction and plans defined by the module lead.
Work closely with the Module Lead to ensure the curriculum, coding patterns, and interview preparation remain aligned with current industry hiring standards.
Design structured coding journeys covering beginner to advanced problem-solvin patterns.
Create and review coding problems with proper constraints, edge cases, optimise solutions, hints, and multiple approaches.
Build learner-facing coding case studies, mock interview problems, debugging exercises, and real-world problem-solving scenarios
Suggest improvements in coding pedagogy, interview preparation strategies, evaluation frameworks, and assignment structures based on industry trends.
Stay updated with modern interview preparation trends, competitive programming techniques, AI-assisted coding workflows, and evolving hiring expectations.
