People & Operations Intern (Remote) – 2 Months

We are an early-stage startup currently building our internal people and operations systems from scratch. This internship is designed as a learning-first, project-based opportunity for someone interested in HR, People Ops, or Operations.

As a People & Operations Intern, you will work closely with the founders to help organize, analyze, and improve basic people operations such as attendance tracking, leave records, dashboards, and internal documentation. It focuses on learning analytics, system design, and process documentation in a real startup environment.
