About the Role
We are looking for a Startups Partnerships Manager who will operate at the intersection of founders and students inside SSB
Your mission:

Bring in high-quality startup roles
Turn relationships into hiring outcomes, live projects or masterclasses
Ensure founder retention, performance, and satisfaction

Responsibilities

Build the Startup Engine: Identify, engage, and onboard high-growth startups to create internship and full-time roles across Founder’s Office, Product, Marketing, Growth and Sales
Convert Relationships into Partnerships: Manage and track these relationships by owning the full funnel.
Ensure Match Quality: Maintain strong founder and student feedback loops. Track retention and performance of placed students and refine matchmaking criteria.
Build and Manage Internal Systems: Create structured processes for partnership tracking, role pipeline management, and outcome metrics by turning ambiguity into repeatable systems.
