What You’ll Do
Partner with product, growth, and business teams to identify key questions and translate them into analytical frameworks.
Define hypotheses and design analyses from scratch — not just fulfil dashboard requests.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets.
Build clear, meaningful visualisations that communicate the 'so what', not just the 'what'.
Proactively surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities without waiting to be asked.
Present findings to stakeholders and influence decisions at the product and strategy level.
What We’re Looking For
2-3 years of work experience in a tech startup environment
Prior exposure to consumer-facing (B2C) or high-growth product companies is strongly preferred.
Strong, hands-on SQL skills, you write queries independently, not with heavy guidance.
Solid data visualisation skills using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or equivalent.
Compensation: 12-18 LPA + ESOPs
