🎨 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer | Hyderabad

Are you someone who can turn an idea into a visual people instantly connect with? We’re looking for you.

Earthful is looking for a Graphic Designer to shape how our brand looks and feels across every touchpoint — from packaging and campaigns to social media and digital.

What you’ll do:

- Create packaging, website banners, social media creatives, carousels, leaflets & more

- Take ownership of statics — from concept → design → final execution

- Create aesthetic, on-brand and conversion-focused campaign creatives

- Work closely with Marketing, NPD & Founders to bring ideas to life

- Maintain a consistent visual identity across the brand

- Use AI tools to ideate, generate visuals and accelerate your creative workflow

What we’re looking for:

- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design

- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator / Canva and basic Photoshop

- A strong aesthetic eye — non-negotiable

- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Sora, Luma or similar

- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly

- UI/UX knowledge is a plus

- AI video creation skills are a bonus
