We’re looking for passionate editors who understand storytelling, pacing, and audience retention. Whether your strength is short-form content or long-form YouTube videos, we’re looking for creators who can transform raw footage into compelling stories.

What You’ll Do

* Edit high-quality video content while maintaining a strong storytelling structure.

* Collaborate with the creative team to bring ideas to life.

* Add motion graphics, sound design, music, captions, and visual elements where needed.

* Maintain consistency in quality, branding, and visual identity.

* Take feedback positively and iterate quickly.

* Stay updated with editing trends, creator content, and platform best practices.

Requirements

* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.

* Strong storytelling and pacing skills.

* Good understanding of music, sound design, and visual rhythm.

* Ability to work under deadlines without compromising quality.

* Strong communication and ownership.

Bonus Skills

* Color grading.

* Motion graphics.

* Photoshop/Illustrator.

* AI-assisted editing workflows.

* Thumbnail design.
