🧩 About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our founders, Ayush Wadhwa and Gayatri Agrawal, across daily operations, content workflows, and overall time management.

This role is a mix of recurring, detail-oriented tasks and high-learning exposure, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how founders run a fast-paced creative agency and personal brands.

Perfect for someone who loves structure, communication, content, and staying two steps ahead.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Founder Support & Coordination

Manage calendars, meetings, travel schedules, and avoid conflicts across both founders.
Book flights, manage all travel logistics, and ensure boarding passes and travel details are added to calendars.
Take ownership of follow-ups, reminders, and time-sensitive action items.

Content & Social Media Operations

Manage and upload content across IG and LinkedIn.
Schedule posts, add them to calendars for founders’ QC, and ensure they go live on time.
Repurpose existing content into new formats for different platforms.
Monitor and reply to LinkedIn comments to maintain engagement.
Maintain content trackers, posting schedules, and drafts.

Communication & Organization

Draft introductory emails, follow-ups, and maintain clear communication after meetings.
Assist in prepping materials and documents ahead of internal/external calls.
Act as a bridge between the founders and internal teams to ensure priorities are aligned.
Support in briefing teams, sharing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Mindset & Work Ethic

Comfortable with repetitive, recurring tasks while being excited to learn directly from founders.
Maintain confidentiality across high-level discussions.
Bring a calm, problem-solving presence to help founders focus on high-impact work.

✅ Requirements

2–3 years of experience as an EA, project coordinator, or operations associate.
Excellent communication (spoken + written), scheduling, and follow-up skills.
Extremely organized with the ability to multitask and stay ahead of deadlines.
A proactive attitude with a “figure it out” mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
High level of discretion, maturity, and trustworthiness.
Comfortable with tools like Google Calendar, Notion, Sheets, Google Chat, etc.

💼 Bonus If You Have

Interest in AI tools and how they can make workflows faster.
Prior experience supporting founders or senior leadership.
Understanding of social media content workflows, especially IG + LinkedIn.
Experience in creative agency or startup environments.
