At Sherlocks.ai, we’re building AI SRE teammates — not copilots, not tools. Think of them as full-time Site Reliability Engineers who never sleep, churn, or forget. Sherlocks integrate into your team, handle incidents, drive root-cause analysis, propose fixes, and grow from “junior” to “senior” SREs over time .
We are looking for a Founder’s Intern — a high-energy generalist who can figure things out and get them done. This role is perfect for MBA students or final-year engineering students who aspire to careers in management consulting, venture building, or leadership roles.
You’ll work directly with the founders on diverse challenges spanning strategy, operations, product, GTM, partnerships, fundraising, and execution. Expect a startup bootcamp compressed into a few months.
Work with the founder on high-priority projects across strategy, sales, fundraising, and product.
Research markets, competitors, and potential partners; summarize insights into clear recommendations.
Support customer discovery, outreach campaigns, and product integrations.
Drive special projects — from building pitch materials to automating processes.
Take ownership of tasks with minimal guidance, figure out solutions, and execute.
Document learnings and contribute to Sherlocks’ knowledge base.
Background: MBA student or engineering undergrad/grad with strong academic credentials.
AI Experience: Prior exposure to AI agents (using n8n etc.), LLMs, or related projects (academic or professional).
Mindset: Hustler, problem-solver, thrives in ambiguity, bias to action.
Skills: Excellent research, communication, and analytical skills. Tech literacy is a plus.
Availability: Full-time internship only (no part-time applications).
Work directly with serial founders (IIT alums, built and scaled companies to millions of users, raised VC, and exited).
Get a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup is built and scaled.
Exposure across product, AI, fundraising, GTM, partnerships — a consulting-style rotation in a real company.
Fast-paced environment with steep learning curve and real impact.
