We’re hiring a Senior UI Designer with strong expertise in visual design, UI systems, and marketing-focused interfaces.

You’ll lead and mentor a small team (2 juniors/interns) and work closely with product managers who provide high-level objectives. UX is supported by existing team members; your focus will be to define and own the visual language end-to-end across product and marketing surfaces.

What You’ll Work With

Complex product ecosystem that takes time to fully understand (expect ~1 year for full context)
AI-enhanced workflows (GPT-based tools, Lava, Kittle, Figma plugins, Lovable)

Location & Work Mode

Bangalore: once/week co-working
Gurgaon: hybrid (1–2 days/week)
Remote-first flexibility for the rest

Compensation

₹30–45L total value (mix of cash + limited ESOP availability)
