About the role

Wint Wealth is building a new Instagram channel from zero, and we're hiring one person to own it end to end: idea, shoot, edit, and the comments section. The content is mostly finance. Your job is to make it fun, engaging and worth watching, at a production standard we keep raising.

Success looks like a channel with a recognisable style, a steady posting rhythm, and growing reach, saves and shares.

Roles & responsibilities

Shape the channel's format, look and voice with us, then plan and script reels that make finance fun to watch.
Shoot point-to-camera and narrative-style reels with clean framing, lighting and audio.
Edit with AI: we use Claude, you direct it with clear edit notes, and we'll get you started on the workflow.
Publish 3–4 reels a week, with captions and covers, without gaps.
Reply to comments and DMs, and turn what the audience asks into the next reel.
Check watch time, saves and shares every week, and do more of what works.

Skills & qualifications

Consistency above everything: once we lock a style, you stick to it, so every reel feels like it belongs to the same channel.
You always know what's working in short-form right now (formats, hooks, edits, audio), and why it works.
A strong eye for motion design and animation. With AI doing the heavy lifting on the edit, your taste is what makes it look premium.
You're comfortable shooting point-to-camera and narrative videos, on a phone or a camera.
No finance background needed, but you enjoy breaking down a complex topic until it's simple.
Being comfortable on camera is a plus, not a must.
