We are looking for a Creative Lead who bridges the gap between brilliant strategy and breathtaking execution. In this role, you will own the creative response to major client RFPs, turning requirements into meaningful, culture-shaping campaign proposals. You’ll also step up as a people leader, guiding and inspiring a tight-knit team of 5 creative professionals.

What You’ll Do

Decode & Conquer RFPs: Analyze client briefs and RFPs to extract core insights, transforming rigid requirements into compelling, high-impact campaign concepts and pitch decks.
Lead & Mentor: Directly manage, inspire, and grow a team of 5 multi-disciplinary creatives (designers, copywriters, and strategists).
Drive Modern Workflows: Champion the use of emerging tech. You'll use tools like Canva for agile, stunning visual layouts, and leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to supercharge brainstorming, copy generation, and conceptual mockups.
Pitch to Win: Present your team’s vision confidently to internal stakeholders and prospective clients, defending creative choices with strategic rationale.
Maintain Creative Excellence: Oversee the output of your team to ensure all campaign assets are high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time.

Experience: You have 3+ years of experience surviving and thriving in the fast-paced world of creative or marketing agencies. You know how to handle tight deadlines and pivoting client feedback.
The Hybrid Creative: You are a blend of a conceptual thinker, a visual storyteller, and a copy wrangler. You know what looks good, what reads well, and what sells.
Tech-Forward Marketer: You don't fear AI; you steer it. You are highly proficient in Canva for rapid prototyping and presentation building, and you actively use ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI tools to optimize your creative process.
An Empathetic Leader: You have a track record of managing or mentoring junior-to-mid-level creatives, knowing how to give constructive feedback that motivates rather than deflates.
