About the Role

We are building a night-shift editing team for a fast-growing US client. This is a high-speed content environment, where long-form and short-form infotainment edits are produced daily for massive scale. If you love storytelling through sharp edits and enjoy working in a team that ships fast, you’ll fit right in.

We are onboarding immediately since the project is already live.

What You Will Do

Edit long-form and short-form infotainment content
Work with A-roll + B-roll, graphics, overlays, and retention-led cuts
Maintain speed and consistency across deliverables
Coordinate with content strategists and QC team for revisions
Stay aligned to editing formats that perform on US social platforms

Who We Are Looking For

Experience with YouTube edits and Reels/Shorts
Strong understanding of pacing, retention hooks, and narrative structure
Ability to adapt to editing styles quickly
Proficient in Premiere Pro (or similar editing tools)
Comfortable working night shift for US time coordination
