3-5 years of Product Experience building consumer products at scale (non-MBAs preferred)
Generalist, consumer-first PM — you obsess over the user journey and sweat the details end to end
Problem-first mindset — you start from the user problem, not the solution
Curiosity and hunger to learn — including genuine interest in AI and fintech
