We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive HR professional to join our HR team as a Benefits, HR Operations & Talent Management Executive.
The role will support employee benefits, HR operations, talent management, performance management, goal setting, OKRs, people analytics, and employee lifecycle processes. You will work closely with employees, HRBPs, People Champions, Finance, Payroll, IT, brokers, insurers, TPAs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations, accurate data management, timely execution, and a positive employee experience.
Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits and insurance programs.
Administer Group Mediclaim (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), and other employee benefit programs.
Coordinate employee additions, deletions, transfers, policy changes, endorsements, and related transactions.
Address employee queries related to insurance coverage, eligibility, dependents, claims, exclusions, and policy benefits.
Coordinate with brokers, insurers, TPAs, and benefits vendors to resolve employee requests and service issues.
Track claims, escalations, endorsements, and pending cases while maintaining accurate benefits databases, trackers, MIS, and documentation.
Support annual insurance renewals, including data preparation, requirement gathering, proposal evaluation, and broker/insurer coordination.
Support wellness initiatives, benefits communication, FAQs, and policy updates.
Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes and enhance employee experience.
Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure timely completion of documentation, joining formalities, HRMS updates, and employee records.
Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including transfers, promotions, employee information changes, and exits.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee master data.
Manage HRMS/HRIS activities related to employee data, benefits, attendance, leave, and other HR processes.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and business teams on employee lifecycle activities.
Address employee queries related to leave, attendance, reimbursements, benefits, policies, and HR operations.
Track HR requests and ensure timely resolution within defined turnaround times.
Support payroll activities with accurate employee and benefits-related inputs.
Prepare HR trackers, dashboards, MIS, management reports, SOPs, checklists, and process documentation.
Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal process reviews.
Support the execution and administration of Talent Management programs across the employee lifecycle.
Coordinate the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, including goal setting, check-ins, reviews, and closure.
Support managers and employees throughout the PMS cycle and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate goal-setting and OKR processes and ensure goals are documented, aligned, and updated within timelines.
Support organizational and team-level OKR implementation and tracking.
Maintain performance trackers, dashboards, reports, and employee data.
Support Hi-Po identification, talent reviews, and talent development initiatives.
Support employee engagement, pulse, and people-related surveys and analyse data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Prepare presentations, reports, summaries, and communication materials for Talent Management initiatives.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate Talent Management operations.
Own and maintain Talent Management master trackers, dashboards, and operational reports.
Consolidate data from multiple HR systems and sources to generate meaningful reports and insights.
Prepare periodic MIS covering PMS, OKRs, goal setting, talent programs, engagement, and employee lifecycle metrics.
Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets dashboards for key Talent Management metrics.
Analyse people data and provide actionable insights to HRBPs, People Champions, and leadership.
Monitor timelines, completion rates, pending actions, and exceptions while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Develop standardized templates, trackers, and documentation for recurring Talent Management processes.
Act as a key point of contact for employees, HRBPs, People Champions, internal HR teams, and external vendors.
Coordinate with brokers, insurers, TPAs, and benefits partners.
Work with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless HR process execution.
Monitor vendor performance and escalate service issues where required.
Maintain records of vendor communications, agreements, renewals, service issues, and resolutions.
Build effective stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, timely communication throughout the employee lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR and Talent Management processes.
Improve workflows, trackers, dashboards, SOPs, and documentation.
Support implementation and enhancement of HRMS/HRIS workflows.
Identify repetitive manual activities and recommend technology-driven solutions.
Drive initiatives that improve process efficiency, data accuracy, turnaround time, and employee experience.
Support HR projects and cross-functional People & Culture initiatives.
Minimum 1+ year of relevant professional experience is mandatory.

Candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience will not be considered.
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Additional certifications in HR, Talent Management, Benefits, HR Analytics, or related areas are an advantage.
Strong understanding of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
Hands-on understanding of Talent Management and Performance Management processes.
Experience with PMS, goal setting, OKRs, and employee engagement is preferred.
Good understanding of Employee Benefits and Group Insurance Administration.
Experience with GMC, GPA, TPAs, brokers, and insurance providers is preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, charts, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee and performance data with discretion.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and timelines effectively.
Proactive approach with strong ownership and follow-through in a fast-paced, data-driven HR environment.
