Product Designer – Quick Commerce | Full-Time | Gurgaon (On-site)
We’re building the most trusted quick-commerce platform for parents, delivering everything they need for their kids in minutes. Backed by Blume Ventures and currently in our 0→1 phase, we’re assembling a mission-driven team to build something truly category-defining.
You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth & Product and closely with the Founder.

We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer with 3–6 years of experience in high-velocity consumer startups. You’ll own the entire design function, craft delightful experiences from zero, and shape the visual & interaction language that parents trust.
Own end-to-end design for all consumer flows (research → wireframes → hi-fi UI → shipped pixels)
Define & evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and speed
Run lean user research & usability testing to uncover insights and validate concepts fast
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, growth, and ops to ship at pace
Advocate for the customer in every discussion, balancing craft with pragmatic trade-offs
Measure impact, iterate relentlessly, and push for execution quality
3–6 years of hands-on product-design experience in consumer tech
Portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership of shipped features (mobile first)
Expert command of Figma (or equivalent) and familiarity with prototyping & motion tools
Comfort with data-informed design (funnels, A/B reads, basic SQL/BI is a plus)
Founder mindset — bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and obsession with users
Zero bureaucracy; design has a direct seat at the strategy table
First design hire → build the function the way you think it should be done
