Job Overview
As a Content Creator, you'll be responsible for ideating, planning, producing, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms. You'll work closely with our creative, design, and marketing teams to create high-performing content for brands across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute engaging short-form and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates.
Develop creative concepts, scripts, and content calendars.
Appear confidently on camera when required and collaborate with clients, creators, and influencers.
Shoot behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, promotional, and educational content.
Coordinate with video editors and designers to deliver polished final content.
Monitor content performance and optimize ideas based on insights.
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
Excellent storytelling, scripting, and communication skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera and directing shoots when required.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for trends, aesthetics, and audience engagement.
Basic knowledge of video editing, photography, or design tools is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with content planning and social media strategy.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar creative tools.
Strong understanding of personal branding and brand storytelling.
Ability to think creatively while maintaining a results-driven approach.
