About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to own and drive Oolka’s growth charter end-to-end. This is a hands-on, 0→1 role where you’ll build, test, and scale acquisition and growth channels across paid, organic, and product-led growth.

You’ll be responsible for

Designing and managing performance marketing strategies across Meta & Google (budgeting, funnel metrics, CAC/ROI)
Building a high-velocity creative testing + iteration playbook from a user-first lens to drive 10x outcomes
Identifying and scaling non-performance and organic growth channels to reduce CAC over time (SEO/influencers/partnerships/community)
Working with the product team to design and implement product-led growth initiatives including referrals and virality loops

We’re looking for someone who is

High ownership, with a builder mindset: can take a metric, form a POV, and execute fast (hands-on, not just strategy)
Experienced running Meta/Google ads end-to-end (creative, targeting, measurement, iteration)
Exceptional with data and experimentation: strong on funnels/cohorts, measurement, and making decisions with clarity
Sharp on user + content intuition: can spot what makes ads/content “click” and translate that into better creative and product experiences
