Think Zomato for discovering ethnic outfits + Myntra for shopping.
With 1000+ stores onboarded and thousands of brands in the pipeline, we are building the marketplace engine that will redefine how India discovers and shops ethnic fashion.
At 0→1 stage, we are looking for a Marketplace Associate- Founding Member to work with the Founding Team as a Generalist.
Execute homepage, category, collection, and product updates planned by the marketplace team.
Ensure the right products, brands, and collections are visible across the platform.
Support seasonal edits, occasion-based collections, and trend-led merchandising.
Manage product onboarding including images, titles, descriptions, categories, attributes, and tags.
Ensure products are correctly tagged, structured, and discoverable through search and filters.
Maintain accurate and high-quality product information.
Support onboarding of designers, boutiques, and ethnic wear brands.
Ensure smooth brand activation after onboarding and ensure smooth marketplace operations.
Coordinate with brands for inventory updates, pricing changes and order fulfillments.
Track vendor performance: stock availability, cancellations, delayed shipments, and stock discrepancies.
Maintain inventory health, flag stockouts, and coordinate assortment gaps.
Track bestsellers, trending products, slow movers, and high-performing categories.
Share insights with the marketplace team to improve assortment, pricing, and merchandising decisions.
Identify customer behaviour patterns and product opportunities.
0–2 years experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, catalog, fashion, merchandising, or related roles.
Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.

📍 Location: Delhi (In-office, Monday to Saturday )
💡 Compensation: Rs 20k - Rs 40K + ESOPs Rs 3 Lacs ( Experience 0-2 years )
💡 Compensation: Rs 40K - Rs 60k + ESOPs Rs 5 Lac (Experience 2-3 years )
