Frontend Engineer at minimi

We are hiring a Frontend Engineer at minimi.

2-3 years experience, ₹40LPA CTC, Indiranagar, Bengaluru (in-person)

We're a 3-person team building minimi, personal intelligence that comes to you, starting with a much loved use case - closing open loops. We grew 2x last month and got back into building mode, and I realised I've become the bottleneck. My attention needs to go toward product thinking, not writing code.

We need someone who can take over frontend development on our Mac app starting immediately, after a quick knowledge transfer. You'll own the entire product experience, with the team backing you up. Within a few months, you'll likely be the one deciding how we bring this to Windows, iOS, or Android.

What we need:

1.⁠ ⁠Strong React, and a real grasp of frontend fundamentals

2.⁠ ⁠Comfort picking up new platforms - mobile/desktop

3.⁠ ⁠Fantastic attention to detail - fonts, animations, etc

4.⁠ ⁠Enough judgment to use AI tools well, not lean on them entirely

What we don't need:

1.⁠ ⁠Someone who can’t imagine a roadmap on their own

2.⁠ ⁠Someone who stops thinking about work after 6pm

3.⁠ ⁠A slow learner who needs constant hand-holding
