At Scaler Academy, we are currently hiring for two roles:

Sr. Associate - Online Reputation Management
As a Sr. Associate - ORM, you'll be responsible for managing Scaler's online reputation by monitoring reviews and conversations across multiple platforms, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring timely, empathetic responses. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalations, identify recurring issues, drive process improvements, and help strengthen customer trust while protecting and enhancing the Scaler brand.
ORM Specialist
As an ORM Specialist, you'll monitor online conversations about Scaler across social media, review platforms, and community forums. You'll respond to customer queries, manage escalations, identify sentiment trends, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering a positive customer experience and protecting Scaler's online reputation.
