Someone who scrolls not just to consume, but to decode why something works and how to make it better.

What You’ll Do:

Research & Strategy
• Study trends, creators, formats, and audiences deeply
• Decode what’s working and translate it into actionable ideas
• Turn briefs into clear creative directions and campaign thinking

Ideation & Concepting
• Crack campaign ideas that feel fresh and non-repetitive
• Build content formats across short-form, long-form, and campaigns
• Think visually and contextually, not just in words

Writing & Execution
• Write hooks, scripts, outlines, and content structures
• Build decks and presentations that are clear, structured, and sharp
• Work closely with editors, designers, and writers to bring ideas to life

Performance & Optimisation
• Analyse content performance and refine ideas based on what works
• Understand retention, pacing, and storytelling for digital platforms

AI & Workflow
• Use AI tools to improve speed, research, and output quality
• Treat AI as a thinking partner, not a shortcut

Who You Are:

• You are deeply plugged into internet culture and trends
• You consume content across platforms and analyse why it works
• You think in ideas, formats, and campaigns, not just posts
• You can balance instinct with insight
• You are detail-oriented and care about how things look, sound, and land
• You are curious, fast, and comfortable working in a high-output environment

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in content, strategy, or creative roles
• Strong research, writing, and conceptual thinking skills
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and digital content formats
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with creative teams

• Turning “hmm” into “oh damn”
• Seeing the campaign, not just the caption
• Knowing when to simplify instead of over-explaining
• Building structured, clutter-free presentations
• Translating insights into execution
