Our client, a fast-growing D2C consumer brand, is looking for an E-commerce Operations professional to manage delivery reconciliation, invoice-level tracking, and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation. The role involves coordinating with logistics partners, warehouse operations, and finance teams to resolve delivery discrepancies and streamline order-to-cash processes across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

Ideal Candidate

2-5 years of experience in e-commerce / quick-commerce operations, particularly logistics, order fulfilment, dispatch monitoring, or delivery reconciliation
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and handling large datasets
Working knowledge of O2C processes, PO-to-Invoice, Invoice-to-GRN cycles, and POD reconciliation
Basic accounting knowledge, including debit/credit notes, revenue recognition, and ledger adjustments
Experience managing vendor portals such as Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto
Strong analytical skills and cross-functional coordination abilities
