Hostess

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, presentable, and customer-focused Hostess to join our clinic in Indiranagar. The role involves ensuring that the clinic is prepared to Biopeak standards and providing a smooth and welcoming experience for clients throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the room and clinic setup is ready as per Biopeak standards before the client arrives.

• Greet and warmly welcome clients upon arrival.

• Accompany and assist clients throughout their end-to-end journey at the clinic.

• Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience.

• Supervise the servicing and reset of the room after the client leaves.

• Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and service throughout the client journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Pleasant, warm, and customer-friendly personality.

• Fluent spoken English and good communication skills.

• Quick learner with a proactive and responsible approach.

• Well-presented and reasonably fit.

• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.

• Prior experience in hospitality, aviation, premium restaurants, cafes, hotels, or similar customer-facing roles would be preferred.

• Former air hostesses and candidates with hostess experience.
