About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Content Strategist who truly understands how Instagram works at its core. You know how to go viral on demand and have already scaled multiple infotainment pages, theme pages or personal brands to at least 100k followers. Whether it is A-roll reels, B-roll voicers, YouTube clips or informational carousels, you can consistently predict what will resonate and perform.

You also need to have the leadership ability to teach and guide juniors while maintaining high standards. If you genuinely love the process of researching and making content while being able to teach it and maintain taste across all postings, you will thrive here

What You Will Do

Set and maintain the bar of content excellence across all pages
Oversee every piece of content that goes out across multiple IPs
Own the pipeline that drives predictable monthly views and growth
Create and refine content strategies for each IP
Teach, mentor and upskill the content team
Oversee workflows, processes and quality checks to ensure virality and reliability
Collaborate closely with design, editing and production teams to maintain consistency and speed

Must Have

Proven track record of growing content driven pages
Strong interest in startups, founders, business, marketing, AI and tech
Deep understanding of both faceless content and creator led content formats
Ability to think strategically and spot viral opportunities before they blow up

Good to Have

Understanding of AI automations and content workflows
Prior experience in multi IP management
Strong eye for design and narrative structure
