About the Role

The most credible voice for Scaler School of Business isn't an ad; it's someone who has already experienced what the Scaler ecosystem builds. As Growth Associate for Referral Marketing, you own SSB's referral engine across the entire Scaler universe: Scaler online alumni, Scaler School of Technology students, and SSB's own alumni network.

You will open new referral avenues, build the content that drives participation, and work closely with the community team to translate on-ground student energy into a high-performing acquisition channel. If you're someone who can think in systems, write well, and build relationships that convert, this role has a lot of room to grow.
