Roles & Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines in line with company requirements.
Handle payroll processing, salary structure management, and employee benefits.
Oversee statutory compliance including Provident Fund (PF), ESI, insurance, and labour law adherence.
Maintain employee records, HRIS/MIS, and payroll data for audits and reporting.
Drive employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and grievance handling.
Support internship programs and conversion to full-time hires.

Administration:

Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
Handle employee requirements and provide necessary support to teams.
Maintain office inventory and lab supplies; coordinate with procurement for approvals and purchases.
Ensure smooth vendor coordination for payments, office maintenance, and services.
Create official documents, letters, and letterheads whenever required.
Handle documentation such as offer letters, exit formalities, Full & Final settlements, and compliance filings.
Oversee office facilities, travel arrangements, and logistics when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Proficient in handling accounting tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact across teams.
Ability to draft professional policies, letters, and reports.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office 365, Google Workspace, and Razorpay/ other payroll software.
Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, Accounting or related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR & Administration (preferably in startups, deep-tech or aerospace domains).
Experience in managing PF, compliance, and HR operations for 30+ member teams is a plus.
