Our Quick Commerce (QCOM) initiative enables fast, reliable delivery through our store network, focused on Tier 3/4/5 markets where pricing, availability, and trust drive customer decisions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Category & Merchandising Manager to drive sales and conversion within the app for our Quick Commerce business.

This role sits at the intersection of category, pricing, promotions, and product experience, and owns how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products in the app. You will be responsible for driving category-level growth through strong merchandising, pricing, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Own category GMV, conversion, and repeat metrics.
Drive growth through assortment planning, pricing, and promotions.
Manage in-app merchandising across home, category pages, and search.
Plan and execute campaign placements, banners, and product prioritization.
Ensure clear communication of price, offers, and cashback (Gold membership).
Work closely with category buying, product, design, and supply teams to ensure alignment.
Analyze funnel metrics (impressions → clicks → conversion → repeat) and optimize continuously.
Run experiments on placements, pricing, and bundles to improve performance.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in Category Management, Merchandising, or Growth roles.
Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or marketplace businesses preferred.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, pricing, and conversion levers.
Data-driven mindset with comfort working on funnels and performance metrics.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
High ownership and execution focus.
