About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth through SEO. This role requires someone who can independently manage SEO projects across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and authority building, while also communicating performance and recommendations clearly to clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both execution and reporting, and should be able to present SEO performance insights in a simple, data-driven way.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and search opportunity mapping
Manage on-page SEO optimisation across websites and landing pages
Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to implement fixes
Build and execute backlink and authority-building strategies
Monitor website health, indexing, crawl issues, rankings, and SEO performance regularly
Prepare SEO reports, performance dashboards, and actionable recommendations
Present SEO performance, growth insights, and recommendations to clients on calls or review meetings
Communicate with clients when needed to explain SEO progress, issues, opportunities, and next steps
Work closely with content, design, and development teams for implementation
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry changes

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content SEO, and link building
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret SEO data into actionable insights
Experience using SEO and analytics tools for audits, reporting, and performance tracking
Comfortable presenting reports and discussing SEO performance with clients
Good communication skills with ability to simplify technical insights for non-technical stakeholders
Experience coordinating with developers, content teams, and internal stakeholders
Agency experience preferred

Preferred Skills

Experience working on competitive niches
Familiarity with AI search / LLM visibility is a bonus
Understanding of CRO and landing page optimisation
Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or CMS platforms
Experience with international SEO is a plus
