WebVeda has a large learner base (480K+ students). Community is a key product layer, not just an add-on. This role will own the entire WebVeda community end-to-end: strategy, initiatives, moderation systems, and engagement at scale.

The Community Manager will build and run systems that keep the community active, valuable, and aligned with WebVeda’s brand.

Own and execute WebVeda community strategy.
Plan, run and moderate scalable community initiatives.
Track community metrics and improve month-on-month.

The form below is the first stage. It is an extremely detailed form, which is by design. We are only looking at serious applicants. The form includes 25 questions:

20 questions and 2 personality tests to get to know you (~30 mins)
An assignment to understand your fitment for the role (~90 mins)
Your personal details (~5 mins)

The form will take about 2-3 hours to finish.
