Key Responsibilities

Play a role in driving lead generation and product adoption through brand, content & performance campaigns
Create high-impact content across website, landing pages, ads, and social that improves conversion and installs
Manage marketing campaigns designed to increase app downloads, resident activation, and society adoption
Work with design to produce creatives that deliver clear product value and measurable outcomes
Build landing pages and campaign assets focused on sign-ups, demos, and inquiries
Track and analyse campaign performance, installs, and lead metrics and suggest improvements
Develop case studies and customer stories that strengthen sales conversations and improve conversion
Monitor competitor messaging and identify opportunities to differentiate positioning
Collaborate with product, growth, and sales teams to launch campaigns that drive usage and retention

Requirements

1–2 years experience in marketing, growth, or content roles in a performance-driven environment, Freshers welcome if you learn fast, move faster, and don’t need hand-holding.
Strong writing skills with the ability to translate product features into clear, conversion-focused messaging
Understanding of lead generation funnels, app adoption, and digital campaigns
Comfortable analysing campaign performance and working with metrics such as installs, sign-ups, and engagement
Strong attention to detail in messaging and brand consistency

Good to Have

Experience in SaaS, consumer apps, or tech products
Exposure to growth marketing, conversion optimization, or product-led marketing
Experience collaborating with design, product, sales and performance marketing team
