We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to drive performance reporting and strategic financial analysis for our T3 cities.
The role involves translating complex operational data into actionable business insights and bridging the gap between field operations and corporate finance. The candidate will also build data monitoring mechanisms, identify inefficiencies and revenue risks, and support cross-functional initiatives to improve data accuracy and business performance.
The role will also support strategic decisions around new service launches, monetization changes, incentives and campaigns through feasibility analysis and ROI evaluation.
Own weekly performance reporting and track key operational metrics.
Conduct city-level deep dives to identify performance trends and business opportunities.
Identify and report revenue leakages, risks and operational inefficiencies.
Perform trend and variance analysis and highlight key focus areas for management.
Conduct data sanity checks and build mechanisms to improve data accuracy and integrity.
Evaluate ROI and investment proposals to support business decisions.
Support feasibility analysis for new initiatives, monetization changes, incentives and campaigns.
Develop and refine financial analysis frameworks and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

Experience in E-commerce, Mobility or high-growth businesses will be preferred.
