AI/ML Engineer (SF Bay Area)

We’re looking for an AI/ML engineer to partner with our head of AI to build the world's most useful and reliable AI agent for data. This is a high-leverage role: you’ll have direct access to the leadership team, your ideas will actually shape the product, and you won’t be blocked by layers of process or politics. Unlike a typical early-stage startup, Sundial is already funded, has paying enterprise customers, and is deployed with real users today. You’ll be building in an environment where the work matters immediately and where your impact will be visible from day one.

Is Sundial a good fit for you?

1. You are an experienced ML Engineer / AI Researcher with 3+ years in industry applying AI and NLP in production.

2. You are excited about taking research to production. You can balance exploration against shipping to achieve meaningful customer impact. Prototype innovative features, and deploy them into reliable and scalable AI experiences with live users.

3. We’re building opinionated intelligence to turn every decision maker into their own expert analyst.

4. Our US team works with hybrid office in the Bay Area. You should be available in the Bay Area or willing to relocate. New York may be acceptable for exceptional candidates.

5. We’re well capitalized with runway for 3+ years backed by top tier VCs and an incredible group of angel investors you know and recognize.
