✦ Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads from ground zero
✦ Drive creative strategy and ad iteration to maximise ROAS
✦ Own the full growth funnel: CAC, LTV, conversion optimisation
✦ Partner with product and content teams to align offerings with user insights
You're a Fit If
✦ 3-5 years scaling performance marketing for consumer apps or content platforms
✦ You've taken a vertical from 0 to 1M+ downloads
✦ Fluent in Hindi (our core audience)
✦ Thrive in ambiguity and scrappy, high-autonomy environments
