We’re hiring an experienced Senior Software Engineer - Backend to design and build reliable, scalable backend systems. This role is best suited to someone with deep Node.js experience, strong system design fundamentals, and hands-on exposure to modern cloud and DevOps workflows.

About the role

Design, build, and maintain backend services for scalable SaaS or CRM applications.
Work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ship reliable features and platform improvements.
Translate product and business requirements into clear backend architecture and technical solutions.
Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, debugging, and performance optimization.
This is a full-time onsite role with 5 days per week in office.

Responsibilities

Build backend systems using Node.js and frameworks such as Fastify, Express, or NestJS.
Design and evolve scalable backend architectures for SaaS or CRM products.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support performance, reliability, and growth.
Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using JWT, OAuth, RBAC, and related patterns.
Collaborate on Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments across modern engineering workflows.

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience in backend engineering with strong depth in Node.js.
Hands-on experience with Fastify, Express, or NestJS.
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience designing scalable backend architectures for SaaS or CRM products.
Good knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms including JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving abilities.
