The Role
Every video Mave puts out is yours, from the idea to the upload. Scripts, shoots, edits, thumbnails, what goes live and when. You'll work directly with the Creative Director and founders to own what Mave looks and sounds like on video.
What You'll Do
Ideas and Scripts Come up with the angles and write them.
Shoots Run them end to end: testimonials, founder videos, product films, UGC.
Edit and Ship Cut it, grade it, caption it, publish it. Organic and paid, both.
Learn and Repeat Watch retention and performance, figure out what worked, make the next one better.
