I’m building HireFT - an AI tool that helps job seekers get interview calls faster using ATS-optimized resumes and bulk apply to 1000+ relevant jbs

We already have candidates securing interviews at companies like PhonePe, Quince, BitGo, and we’re now scaling daily signups aggressively.

I’m hiring 1 Growth Operations Intern to work directly on user acquisition and distribution.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work hands-on across growth channels:

Reddit

• Participate in job-related subreddits

• Post and comment with helpful, practical advice

• Engage in discussions (no spam or blind promotion)

LinkedIn

• Comment early on hiring, layoff, and job-search posts

• Add thoughtful insights, not generic comments

• Start conversations with people who engage
  

Community Distribution

• Share helpful content in WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook groups

• Maintain a value-first approach
  

Tracking

• Track daily actions and outcomes

• Share a short end-of-day execution update
  

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent daily execution (not bursts)

• Clear contribution to daily signups

• Ability to identify what works and double down

High performers may get:

• Increased stipend

• Extended role

• Strong founder recommendation
