product: we are building Capacity Core - a zero-trust, ultra-low-latency enterprise AI proxy built in Go. it sits in a VPC, natively intercepts LLM traffic, redacts PII on the fly, and gives CISOs a real-time kill-switch.

actively looking for a founding engineer (Go / Distributed Systems) and a frontend engineer (React/Tailwind) to build out our CISO Control Plane.

less meetings & more shipping : we do just one scheduled sync per week. every day, everyone drops an async stand-up update in slack. whoever misses the update has to send a video version explaining their local docker configuration to entertain the rest of us.
broad rules : we keep roles broad by default. a backend Go engineer might write deployment docs or handle a technical demo with a CISO. a frontend engineer might touch the Postgres schema. we look for at least one massive spike in your skillset and leave the rest fuzzy.
work trails : we do a paid 1-week work trial before hiring. we want you to see our codebase and experience the velocity of how we work before committing. some people in less demanding full-time roles have continued to work with us for multiple short stints because they love the technical challenge.
